Bodies of three people found in Krasnoyarsk after a fire in a sewage collector


In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case has been opened over the discovery of the bodies of three people in a fire in a sewer. This is reported on November 29 by the Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Khakassia.
In the evening of November 28 in the investigative authorities of Krasnoyarsk received a message that during the elimination of the fire, in the collector were found the bodies of three people with extensive signs of exposure to fire.
"Probably, the cause of the fire was careless handling of fire by people while smoking. When examining the bodies, no visible bodily injuries of a criminal nature were found," - reported in the Telegram-channel of the department.
A criminal case under Article 109 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence of two or more persons") has been instituted. According to the investigation, three persons of no fixed abode went down into the collector, in which later there was a fire.
At present, investigative actions are being carried out, forensic examinations have been appointed in order to establish the exact cause of death of the victims and the exact cause of the fire. The identities of the dead are being established.
Earlier, on November 27, in the Pskov region in the village of Demeshkino during a fire in a residential house two boys of three and 16 years old died. Six firefighters and two units of equipment were attracted to work at the scene of the incident.
