One premium apartment in Moscow has 13 square meters of landscaping, which is about 21% of the total area of the plots. This was reported by "Gazeta.Ru" on November 29, referring to the study of "Aeon Development" and NF Group.

According to the study, in the capital's new buildings landscaping occupies 7-40% of the total area of plots. At the same time, the ratio of green spaces varies from 2.5 to 32 square meters per apartment, with an average of 13 square meters of greenery per block.

It is specified that most often landscaping is represented by conifers, including evergreen trees and shrubs such as thuja, spruce, pine and juniper.

Other popular landscaping plants are apple, basswood, maple, maple, broom, spirea, sod and hydrangea. And bluegrass, fescue and ryegrass are more commonly used for lawns.

Earlier, on October 6, the mayor of capital Sergey Sobyanin has declared that in Moscow till the end of year will improve territories at 41 transport objects. In September, landscaping of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MHD) section under construction from the Moscow Ring Road to the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoye highway began in the south of the capital.
