A dilapidated building built in 1950 was renovated in Eastern Izmailovo

A dilapidated building built in 1950 has been repaired in Eastern Izmailovo in Moscow. This was reported on Thursday, November 28, by the press service of the State Inspectorate for control over the use of real estate of the capital.

The three-storey building with the area of 1.6 thousand square meters is located on Middle Pervomayskaya Street in the courtyard of residential houses. It was in dilapidated condition. Head of the State Real Estate Inspection Ivan Bobrov specified that the building had not been used for a long time and had an unsightly appearance.

According to him, the building had to be repaired, so the inspection together with the owner developed a roadmap for the comprehensive restoration of the facility. The works included renovation of the facade, roofing, replacement of windows. The owner also cleaned up the interior of the building.

The building will be used for administrative purposes. There will also work a grocery store, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

November 27, on the territory of the district Kuzminki in Moscow completed and repaired an abandoned building. The owner intends to use the building for various events: business, training, entertainment.
