Teachers and ambulance workers are offered free legal aid. As "Izvestia" found out, such a bill will be submitted to the State Duma on November 29 by Fedot Tumusov, the first deputy chairman of the lower house committee on health protection, and Sergei Mironov, the head of the faction "Just Russia - For Truth".
"Medical workers of visiting ambulance brigades, including emergency specialized medical care, are in the category of a vulnerable profession. Recently there has been a noticeable increase in cases of aggression against them. Hooligan actions against medical workers have become commonplace. When coming to a call, ambulance workers risk not only their health, but also their lives," reads the explanatory note, which Izvestiya has.
In addition, it is noted that in recent years, pedagogical workers have also become vulnerable.
"Society has changed, now young people have completely different values and reference points. The profession of teacher, unfortunately, has lost respect," - report the authors of the initiative, noting that not infrequent cases of even manhandling from students and parents.
"The problem must be solved. Therefore, we propose to organize for people working in these professions, a system of free qualified legal assistance. So that in an emergency they can get support from a lawyer. For example, before going to court or law enforcement agencies," Mironov explained to Izvestia.
Earlier, on November 15, the general director of the professional legal group "AID" lawyer David Adams told "Izvestia" how to identify false lawyers. According to him, before going to a firm for legal assistance, it is worth clarifying the organization's TIN and checking its data on the website of the Federal Tax Service (FTS).
