There is no threat to the lives of the people on board the airplane from Thailand that landed in Ekaterinburg because of a suspicious device in the cabin. This was reported on November 28 by the press service of the Urals Anti-Terrorist Commission.

Earlier in the day, an Airbus A330 plane landed at Koltsovo International Airport in Yekaterinburg due to reports of a suspicious device on board.

"There were 281 passengers and 10 crew members on board. Nothing threatens the life and health of passengers", - stated in the publication of the agency in Telegram-channel.

It is noted that firefighters, medics and law enforcers were sent to the place of landing of the plane for operational measures.

According to Izvestia's source, information about a bomb planted on board came to Koltsovo airport by e-mail. The crew, in turn, found nothing suspicious.

Earlier, on November 4, a plane flying from St. Petersburg to Ufa made an emergency landing at Pulkovo. The landing occurred at 18:40 Moscow time. The North-West Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection.
