The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, has instructed to initiate a criminal case over the shooting in the center of Moscow and submit a report. This was reported on November 28 in the official Telegram-channel of the IC.

It is noted that the visitors of the Moscow restaurant arranged a conflict, and then continued to clarify relations on the street, where shots were fired.

The investigative bodies of the State Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city of Moscow organized a procedural check.

The progress of execution of the order of the head of the Investigative Committee is under control in the central office of the agency.

On the eve, the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow reported that an unknown person had committed a shooting near a restaurant on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street in the city center. Preliminary, the shot was made from a traumatic pistol.

On the same day, the capital's prosecutor's office published footage from video surveillance cameras, which recorded the moment of the shooting.

The footage shows that there was a conflict between the visitors of the restaurant. One man pushed his opponent, who, in turn, pulled out a gun. As a result of a shot in the area of the legs, the victim fell. The video records how the participants of the conflict fled the scene.
