The expert council of the Leaders of Russia contest has named expectations from the contestants

Participants in the contest "Leaders of Russia. Politics" should be ready to prioritize their homeland and be unconditional patriots. On November 28, during the round table of the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISR) on the topic: "Leaders of Russia. Politics: the start of a new season" at the Izvestia IEC, Pavel Bezruchko, managing partner of ECOPSI Consulting and chairman of the Expert Council of the Leaders of Russia contest, said.

"Some basic expectation from the participant is his readiness to serve the interests of Russia. In fact, we are waiting for people who have a high socially significant goal for the contest," he emphasized.

The speaker also added that unconditional patriotism is expected. The effectiveness of the contestants will be assessed by four main roles: the first - a representative of the interests of citizens, who can hear the interests of citizens and improve their quality of life; the second - a professional, a politician, who before political activity managed to realize himself in another field (these are former doctors, teachers, managers, with a certain life and professional experience), the expert believes.

The third role of the contestants is a public politician, who should be able to work with the press, explain his initiatives and dialog. Last, but not least, the role of an organizer of socio-political processes.

Another contest "Leaders of Russia. Politics" was launched the day before, on November 27. There are several key personnel contests in Russia, which allow to strengthen the team of the head of state with the most effective managers in different spheres, and "Leaders of Russia. Politics" is one of such contests.

A day earlier, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kirienko said that the winners and finalists of the "Leaders of Russia. Politics" turned out to be in great demand not only in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, not only in the executive authorities, but also in various spheres and industries.

The Leaders of Russia. Politics" is implemented by order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in order to identify promising socio-political leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills and motivation for socio-political work, for their further training, development in the environment of like-minded people and immersion in the modern political environment.
