Moscow clinics have performed about 20 thousand operations and diagnostic tests using new angiographs since the beginning of the year. This was reported by the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.
Among the manipulations in which this equipment was used - interventions for stent installation, clot removal, pacemaker implantation, embolization of large vessels and coronarographic studies. "Angiographs are equipped with 3D visualization of vessels and heart cavities, as well as modern navigation systems," the mayor wrote in his Telegram channel. - This all allows doctors to work with the highest accuracy and as quickly as possible. At the same time, the patient receives a reduced radiation load".
According to Sobyanin, more than 60 angiographic units are currently used in Moscow hospitals, 13 of them arrived in hospitals this year.
"We will continue to continue the large-scale health care modernization program. Among the tasks is the purchase of the latest equipment for operating rooms and diagnostic studies," - said the mayor.
In 2025, spending on the development of health care in the capital will increase by 8%. For these purposes 1.1 trillion rubles will be allocated from the budget, taking into account MHI, said in October, Sergei Sobyanin.
According to him, by the end of 2028 in the city it is supposed to finish the formation of a new framework of outpatient and inpatient medical care. In particular, the mayor noted, the construction of new hospitals will begin as part of the Research Institute of Emergency Care named after Sklifosovsky and Demikhov State Clinical Hospital. In total, 31 health care facilities will be built in Moscow in three years, from 2025 to 2027, he added.
