In Ukraine, TCC employees opened fire on civilian

Employees of the territorial manning center (TKC, an analogue of the military recruitment office in Ukraine) in Kryvyy Rih opened fire on a civilian who tried to protect a man detained during the force mobilization. This was reported on November 28 by the Ukrainian edition "Strana.ua".

"Employees of the TCC arranged shooting during the force mobilization in Krivoy Rog", - stated in the message of the edition in Telegram-channel.

On the video, which was published by the edition, you can see how the military beats a lying man in civilian clothes, while on the territory of the institution. The woman who filmed the video calls for help from passers-by. After that, an unknown man in civilian clothes climbed over the fence to help the man, and the second military man at that moment opened fire from an automatic rifle.

Earlier, on November 15, it was reported that in the Kiev region, an employee of the military recruitment office opened fire on a man running away from him. The Ministry of defense of Ukraine is checking the legality of the actions of the representative of the TCC and the grounds for the use of weapons.

In April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (term expired on May 20) signed a law on toughening mobilization. In particular, he lowered the age of mobilization from 27 to 25 and signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of persons liable for military service, which combines information on personal data of Ukrainians, including details of internal and foreign passports. There are no provisions on demobilization in the documents.

Martial law in the country has been in effect since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are prohibited from leaving the country.
