Ukrainian media reported explosions in several cities in the country

Explosions against the background of an air alert have occurred in several Ukrainian cities. About it on Thursday, November 28, reports the Ukrainian edition "Strana.ua".

"Explosions sounded in Lutsk, Rivne, Kropivnitsky, Kharkiv and Sumy," - stated in the message of the edition in Telegram-channel.

It is specified that also explosions occurred in Poltava, Mykolayiv and Cherkasy regions.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air alert has been declared throughout the country. Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said emergency power cuts were underway across the country.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.

Earlier, on November 26, it was reported that there were explosions in Kiev. An air alert was declared in Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernigov, Kirovograd, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhitomir and Kiev regions.

Russian forces began striking military facilities and related energy and communications facilities in Ukraine in October 2022. As Russian President Vladimir Putin explained, this was a response to the terrorist actions of the Kiev regime.
