Workers have started roofing of the school building under construction on Zolotorozhsky Val Street in Lefortovo district. This was reported on Wednesday, November 27, by the head of the Department of Civil Engineering of Moscow Rafik Zagrutdinov.

He specified that the area of the object will exceed 18.9 thousand square meters, the school will be able to accept 1150 students. At the site completed preparatory work, the building is ready for more than 20%, writes NSN.

The school will have laboratory and research complexes, a media library for individual and group work, halls for thematic and festive events, RT notes.

The monochrome scale of the school's architectural appearance will allow it to fit in with the color palette of the surrounding buildings, the website kp.ru reports.

On November 22, it became known that a new large school for 1.1 thousand places will be built in Podolsk in the Moscow region. In addition to classrooms, the building will house workshops, cooking, cutting and sewing rooms, assembly and dining halls, two gyms. It will also have an IT-space and a library and information center.
