Japan has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) that recreates the ideas and speech of Panasonic Holdings founder Konosuke Matsushita. Japanese broadcaster NHK reported this on its website on Thursday, November 28.

"This AI was jointly developed by Panasonic, PHP Research Institute and other companies to pass on the philosophy of Konosuke Matsushita, known as the 'God of Management,' to the next generation," it said.

Artificial intelligence was created based on a large amount of data, including Matsushita's writings, lectures and speeches, as well as the sounds he heard before his death. It is noted that when answering a given question, the AI speaks in the voice of a 70-year-old man, and the Panasonic Holdings founder's face on the screens changes to recreate the speech.

"As the number of people who have received Konosuke Matsushita's guardianship decreases every year, we aim to create an AI that can provide deeper management suggestions," the Japan Broadcasting Service quoted Panasonic Holdings Corporation as saying.

According to Konosuke Matsushita's grandson Masayuki Matsushita, the former vice president of the corporation would be surprised to see the artificial intelligence created, but could use it for his business.

On the same day, Yaroslav Fertyakov, an expert on artificial intelligence and VR, speaker of the One AI Forum, told Izvestia that over time AI will evolve into AGI - a system that will surpass human cognitive abilities and will not be limited by biological boundaries.

According to the expert, artificial intelligence represents the next stage of evolutionary development after humans, so it should be responsible for what it is taught. Fertyakov stated that AI will provide a breakthrough in different spheres of science, humans will be able to cure all diseases, multiply their lives, and ensure food abundance.
