An abandoned unfinished building in Kuzminky was fully completed

On the territory of Kuzminki district in Moscow, an abandoned building was completed and repaired. This was reported by the press service of the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow on Wednesday, November 27.

The unfinished dilapidated building, located on Volgogradsky Prospekt, had no roof, windows and finishing on the facade. As part of the program to reduce the number of dilapidated buildings in the capital, inspectors assessed the condition of the building and developed a roadmap that allowed to complete the unfinished construction and bring the object in line with modern standards, according to the agency of city news "Moscow".

The owner intends to use the building for various events: business, training, entertainment. This will contribute to the creation of new jobs and improve economic activity in the neighborhood.

The head of the state real estate inspection Ivan Bobrov emphasized that the consistent renovation of the dilapidated fund objects contributes to the maintenance of the architectural appearance of the city, notes the website kp.ru.

On November 12, the laboratory building of the Rheumatology Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, one of the oldest long-constructed buildings, was dismantled in Moscow. The object was located at the address: Kashirskoe highway, vl. 34-34a. The construction of the building began in the 1970s, but in 2000 the work was suspended at the stage of installation of the building frame. In July 2023 the owner of the object changed, but it was never completed.

On November 11, the demolition of the problematic unfinished building began in Pavlovsky Posad. It is about unfinished shopping center "Pavlovsky Passage". Following the results of the court proceedings with the owner, the builders began dismantling. The work was supported by the Governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov, notes 360.ru.
