Air defense systems have repelled a massive attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Two districts of the Kuban region were hit. About it on Thursday, November 28, in his Telegram-channel told the Governor of the Krasnodar region Veniamin Kondratiev.
"In Slavyansk-on-Kuban, UAV debris fell into the yard of a private household, windows were broken in the premises. Unfortunately, the mistress of the house was injured. Medics rendered her assistance. <...> Also a car was damaged in one of the yards," - wrote the head of the region.
He added that in the farm Chigrina of Krasnoarmeysky district a house was damaged by shrapnel from a drone, but no one was hurt there.
Operational and emergency services are working at the scene.
Earlier, on October 15, a drone of the AFU damaged a residential house in Kuban. At about 10 pm the UAV fell on a residential house in the village of Maryanskaya.
On the same day, Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that eight people, including four minors, were injured as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack on a flight bus.
Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories amid a special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
