Assault units disrupted the rotation of the AFU in the Kurakhov direction of the SSO

Assault units of the Southern Group of Forces have disrupted the rotation of Ukrainian militants in the Kurakhov direction of the North Caucasus Military District. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 28.
Armored groups on BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles support the advancing assault groups with a barrage of fire, preventing units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from making rotations and bringing ammunition to the line of contact.
"The task is set in advance to go to a certain point, what we need to do there, where to work off, and the route of movement," commented a serviceman of the armored group Chechen.
It is specified that calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) constantly monitor the terrain. Having detected groups of AFU targets, the servicemen either open fire independently or correct the actions of artillery.
After the armored group has destroyed the designated targets, attack aircraft move in to seize the stronghold. They occupy the stronghold, clear it of AFU infantry and hand it over to entrenchment units.
"We manage to dislodge them, occupy their positions. According to the experience of extreme fighting, they mostly surrender, they do not fight. They rely mainly on their FPV drones. The troops are kind of unprepared and don't want to fight. They hope that we simply do not reach them," - said the platoon commander with the call sign Leshy.
Earlier, on November 27, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the Terminator tank support vehicle operating in combat conditions as part of the armored group of the "South" group of troops in the Kurakhov direction.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
