The Rada accused Zelensky of losing Ukrainians' faith in their homeland

Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksandr Dubinskyy has said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose term of office expired on 20 May, made citizens think about leaving Ukraine. The parliamentarian wrote about this on November 27 in his Telegram-channel.
"The biggest crime that Zelensky has committed is to make millions of Ukrainians disbelieve in their country and dream of leaving," Dubinsky said.
According to him, those whom "Zelensky's ludolovy failed to utilize" want to leave the country as soon as the borders are opened.
Dubinsky noted that this is the goal of the policy of the current government in Ukraine and the only achievement for today of the country "from which everyone wants to flee."
Prior to that, on October 22, Florence Bauer, regional director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the UN Population Fund, said at a briefing in Geneva that Ukraine's population has decreased by 10 million people since the start of the conflict in February 2022. According to her, the decline in the country's population was due to "a combination of factors".
Earlier, on October 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (his term of office expired on May 20) admitted that there is indeed an outflow of Ukraine's young population. The head of the Kiev regime specified that this was due to mobilization, stressing that at the moment he has no plans to lower the draft age.
Earlier this month, the Ukrainian government announced that the country's population would be reduced to 25.2 million people by 2051. It was noted that on January 1, 2022 the population was 42 million people, in July 2024 - 35.8 million. It is specified that 31.1 million people live on the territory controlled by Ukraine. Among the reasons for the population decline were the military conflict, low birth rate, increased mortality, migration, aging of the population and others.
Earlier, on July 14, UN experts reported that the population of Ukraine would drop to 15.3m people by 2100. These data are published in the table of the report on demography in the countries of the world. According to the data for 2020, more than 44m people lived in Ukraine.
