Melitopol administration reported the destruction of a UAV over the city

The air defense forces have destroyed an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) over Melitopol. This was announced by the administration of the city in Zaporizhzhya region in Telegram-channel on November 27.

It is specified that in some areas of Melitopol were heard sounds similar to explosions. The threat of drones remains.

On the same day it became known about the attack of three drones in the Belgorod region. There are no casualties as a result of the attack, but the roof of a non-operational building, a truck and one social facility were damaged.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
