Knyazev also drew attention to cases of inconspicuous accidents, when because of icy conditions you can hit someone else's parked car, drive away, and then get either arrested or deprived of license. He advised to compensate the person whose car was hit. This can be done according to the protocol of the law, according to the europrotocol. The specialist reminded that the law does not necessarily oblige to call the traffic police and the police.
