Moscow's fourth and Russia's largest women's health center opened on Perervinsky Boulevard within the structure of Filatov State Clinical Hospital No. 15. Filatov. As Sobyanin informed, in treatment will be involved and resources of Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 15 named after Filatov. Filatov. "This will make it possible to promptly conduct a full range of examinations and consiliums on complex cases," he emphasized.

According to Sobyanin, the capital's women's health centers are "integrated as much as possible into the clinics to which they are assigned." "They will work directly with the maternity hospital and the gynecological department of the hospital. Thus, medical care will be provided seamlessly - from consultations in women's health centers to serious manipulations in the hospital," the mayor stressed.

In 2025 the expenditures for the development of health care in the capital will increase by 8%. For these purposes 1.1 trillion rubles will be allocated from the budget, taking into account MHI, said in October, Sergei Sobyanin.

According to him, by the end of 2028 in the city it is supposed to finish the formation of a new framework of outpatient and inpatient medical care. In particular, the mayor noted, the construction of new hospitals will begin as part of the Research Institute of Emergency Care named after Sklifosovsky and Demikhov State Clinical Hospital. In total, 31 health care facilities will be built in Moscow in three years, from 2025 to 2027, he added.
