Girl killed near Krasnoyarsk in pig pen was raped before her death

Investigators found out that the suspect in the murder of a 17-year-old girl in the village of Ushkanka near Krasnoyarsk raped her before she died. This was reported in the Main investigative Directorate (GSU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk region and the Republic of Khakassia.

"Within the framework of the investigation of the criminal case on the murder of an underage girl in Uzhursky district, another fact of criminal activity of the suspect is established. The man is suspected of committing a crime under p. "a" part 3 of article 132 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation ("Other actions of a sexual nature with the use of violence against a minor")", - stated in the message of the Department in Telegram-channel.

According to the investigation, the suspect was drunk and because of dislike for the father of the dead girl decided to take revenge and slaughter the cattle belonging to the family. The man went to the building where the animals lived, where he met a 17-year-old girl who was feeding the cattle.

The intruder threatened the teenager with a knife and a struggle ensued between them, during which the man threw the girl to the ground and hit her on the head several times with a wooden stick. The victim lost consciousness and the suspect raped her and left her in a pig pen, not caring that the girl might be attacked by pets.

The man stole a cell phone from the scene, which he burned in the furnace at his home along with the stick.

The suspect was interrogated, he pleaded guilty to murder and rape. The question of the arrest of the defendant is being decided.

The murder of a 17-year-old girl in the village of Ushkanka, Uzhursky district, Krasnoyarsk region, occurred on November 23. Her body was found in a farm building, where the family of the deceased keeps their pigs and bulls. A criminal case under part 1 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence") was initiated.

At first, the investigation adhered to the version that the girl could have been hit with a horn by a bull when she went to feed the pets. From this the teenager lost consciousness, she was bitten by pigs, and the girl died of blood loss. Later, on November 26, it turned out that a man who broke into the pen may have been involved in her death.

The neighbor of the deceased Tatyana told "Izvestia" that the girl's family was prosperous and the parents loved their daughter very much. When Tatyana learned about what had happened to the teenager, she ran to help, but by that time the girl had already died.
