A high wave could be the cause of the roll, which caused the ship "Boyets" to sink near the village of Teriberka in the Barents Sea. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on November 27.

The incident occurred in the morning 500 meters east of the mooring "Sifudrus" in the Murmansk region.

On board, in addition to the captain, there were nine tourists from Moscow and St. Petersburg, all of them were taken to the shore.

The captain is being questioned.

A criminal case was initiated on this fact. The prosecutor's office is checking compliance with the rules of safe operation of water transport, establishing the circumstances and causes of the accident.
