Three Ukrainian drones attacked Belgorod region

Three Ukrainian drones have attacked Belgorod and Shebekino. This was reported by the Governor of Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov on November 27.

"Three drones of the AFU struck our territory. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The city of Belgorod was attacked by an enemy drone. As a result of the drone strike the roof of a non-operational building caught fire - by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations the fire on the area of 120 square meters extinguished," - wrote the head of the region in Telegram-channel.

According to the governor, another drone hit a truck in Shebekino, and the third drone fell and exploded on the territory of the object of social importance. There were no casualties.

Earlier, on November 23, a civilian was wounded by a Ukrainian drone in Belgorod region. The victim was treated and then sent to hospital.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
