Pensioner killed in train collision in Krasnoyarsk region

A freight train fatally hit a pensioner in the Krasnoyarsk region. Police are establishing the circumstances of the accident.

The tragedy occurred at Kozulka station. According to IA KrasnoyarskMedia, the driver of the freight train applied emergency braking, but the collision could not be avoided. A 67-year-old woman died because of failure to maintain a safe distance to the railroad bed.

In late October, an electric train killed a 17-year-old teenager at Bolshevo station in the Moscow region. A criminal case was initiated on this fact.
