Putin pointed to the task of improving the training of qualified personnel in Russia

Russia is facing the task of improving the training of qualified specialists. This was pointed out by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his greeting to the participants of the X All-Russian Forum "National Qualifications System of Russia" on November 27.
The head of state pointed out that the forum has already established itself as an authoritative platform for discussing ways to strengthen human resources potential in the country and improve the qualifications system.
"There are important, large-scale tasks ahead, designed to qualitatively improve the system of training qualified specialists, taking into account the requirements not only of today, but also of tomorrow. It is necessary to provide an opportunity for people to fully realize their potential, effectively apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired, master new competencies," the president stressed in a telegram published on the Kremlin website.
Putin noted that the National Presidential Council for Professional Qualifications is doing important work in this direction: professional standards are approved largely thanks to its efforts.
Earlier, on November 11, it became known from the study of the Higher School of Economics (available at "Izvestia") that in the Russian Federation the need for workers to fill vacancies in the second quarter of 2024 increased by 10%, reaching a record of 2.7 million people. The most offers were recorded in manufacturing industries and trade.
In February, Putin, speaking with his address to the Federal Assembly, announced the launch of a new national project "Personnel". It will become effective on January 1, 2025.
