Unstable weather will continue in Khabarovsk Krai until the end of November

Weather forecasters have warned residents of Khabarovsk Krai about unstable weather until the end of November. Wind speed will reach 22 m/s in some places.

According to forecasts, from November 28 to 30, precipitation in the form of snow is expected. The roads will be covered with snow and ice. Strong winds are expected throughout the region, the strongest wind gusts are predicted on the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk.

Unfavorable weather conditions are expected in Nikolaevsky, Ulchsky, Ayano-Maysky, Tuguro-Chumikansky districts, as well as in the district named after P. Osipenko. About it writes IA AmurMedia. Crisis Management Center of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations warns of possible utility accidents and power outages. In case of strengthening of wind it is possible to damage weakly reinforced and dilapidated structures, as well as the fall of trees.

Earlier in the day in Blagoveshchensk was introduced a state of emergency due to a snowstorm. School students have been transferred to distance learning until November 29 inclusive.
