Alisa Reshetnikova, a psychologist and nominee of the Best Game Presenter award of the largest international community, spoke about game practice and called it the key to effective education.

In a conversation with RuNews24.Ru on Tuesday, November 26, the expert noted that game practice includes the use of various game forms and elements in educational and therapeutic processes. These can be board games, role-playing games, game trainings, as well as other activities that ensure the involvement of participants.

"The main goal of game practice is to create a safe and comfortable environment that promotes learning, personal development and improvement of interpersonal relationships," RT quotes the expert as saying.

The psychologist noted that game practice allows you to quickly learn skills and achieve realizations by implementing them in your life. Participants can test their strategies and see how they work in practice.

The psychologist emphasized that not everyone without proper training should lead game practice. This requires psychological or coaching education, as well as the ability to ask the right questions and listen to people.

The specialist concluded that game practice in Russia is a dynamically developing area that has the potential to create a comfortable and productive environment for learning and social interaction.

In December last year it became known that in 2022 Russians began to spend at least half as much on games as in the past. Game spending of Rosbank clients in 2022 decreased by 40%, clients of MKB - by 92%, and among the clients of MTS Bank the number of video game purchases decreased 3.4 times.
