Motorist awaiting trial for road accident with four victims in Kuban

In the Krasnodar region, the investigation of a criminal case of a traffic accident that injured four people has been completed. This is reported by the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Korenovsky district.

A 43-year-old resident of Tbilisi district is a defendant in the case. According to investigators, the man, driving a Hyundai Accent, drove for overtaking on the oncoming lane and crashed into a Bogdan-2111.

As a result of the collision, the driver and two passengers of the domestic car received injuries, later qualified as causing serious harm to health. The passenger of the foreign car received injuries of average severity, specifies IA KrasnodarMedia.

The investigation of the criminal case under part 1 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of traffic rules, resulting in negligence causing serious harm to health" has been completed. The materials were transferred to the court for consideration.

On November 26, on a wet road in Krasnodar region head-on collided cars "VAZ-2112" and Citroen. Both drivers died on the spot.
