AFU re-attacked the site of the bus strike in Nova Kakhovka


The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have launched another strike at the same point in the town of Novaya Kakhovka in Kherson Region, where a passenger bus was attacked earlier. This was reported by the head of the region Vladimir Saldo on November 26.
"Not only that, when municipal workers were on their way to help the victims, FPV drones swooped down on them and damaged two cars. Fortunately, this time without casualties," the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.
Operational services are working at the scene of the incident.
Theattack on the passenger bus in Novaya Kakhovka occurred earlier in the day. The AFU struck with mortars of 120 mm caliber. Four people were killed. The governor of Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the families of the victims would receive support. Footage from the scene of the attack shows that the bus was blown out the side windows and badly damaged the body.
Later, the regional health ministry said that the number of people wounded in the shelling of the bus in Novaya Kakhovka had risen to 17. Two patients were sent to Genichesk hospital, while two more were hospitalized in surgery and trauma departments.
Ukrainian militants have been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions, on a daily basis amid a special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russia on February 24, 2022.
