Moscow approved the project of reorganization of a part of the industrial zone "Magistralnye Streets"

In Moscow near the metro station "Polezhaevskaya" a part of the industrial zone "Magistralnye Streets" will be reorganized. The approval of the relevant project was announced by Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.

The territory of 1.6 hectares will be reorganized. There instead of outdated objects will appear a multifunctional office center with underground parking, bank branches, cafes and stores. In addition, landscaping and gardening of the site will be carried out.

According to Sobyanin, the project is being implemented within the framework of the program of complex development of territories (CDT). As a result, more than 1 thousand jobs will be created.

The CRT program was launched four years ago: in July 2020 the first contract was signed - for the reorganization of a part of the former industrial zone "Oktyabrskoye Pole". Today, the number of KRT projects at various stages of development and implementation is 236. "Together with investors we will build more than 52 million square meters of real estate, including new production facilities, housing, including for the Renovation Program," Sobyanin noted.

According to his estimation, "in general, all projects of the KRT will give the city more than 763 thousand jobs, investments in them will amount to 17.3 trillion rubles".
