The Moscow City Court has kept blogger Salmon Rajabzoda (Jumaboy), who mocked girls of Slavic appearance, in pre-trial detention. This was reported to "Izvestia" in the press service of the court on Tuesday, November 26.

The blogger was arrested in Moscow on September 24 by decision of the Chertanovsky district court. He is accused under paragraph "c" of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity").

After that, Rajabzoda appealed his arrest, according to the case card on the portal of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction. Moscow City Court upheld his appeal without satisfaction.

Law enforcement officers detained Jumaboy back in January. The native of the Republic of Tajikistan filmed and posted a video clip on the Web, "containing signs of humiliation of human dignity of girls of Slavic appearance". A criminal case was opened, and from the end of January the blogger was under house arrest until a new measure of restraint was chosen.
