The court stopped the proceedings on the claim of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva to the furniture company. It became known on November 26 from the case card of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.

Ivleeva at the beginning of the year lost a lawsuit for 1 million rubles to the furniture company and reapplied to the court with a complaint against the same entrepreneur.

The blogger's new lawsuit was registered on September 7. On October 19, the girl filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

The amount of the claim was 1,109,952 rubles.

Earlier, on February 7, it was reported that Ivleeva sued the furniture company only 6 thousand rubles of the advance payment of 1.1 million for the dressing room. During the proceedings, the plaintiff explained that she saw "beautiful pictures" and paid the advance payment. The masters were to make her a dressing room, but after the advance payment the specialists "evaporated", after which the customer decided to file a lawsuit in court.

The defendant, the head of the furniture company, explained to the court that he did not agree with the claim, as there was a slight delay in the arrangement of the room. As a result, the court ordered the company to return to Ivleeva the minimum amount of 6048 rubles in penalties and to pay 133 rubles of state duty.
