Four people were killed in an AFU attack on a bus in Nova Kakhovka


Four people have been killed in an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a passenger bus in Novaya Kakhovka in Kherson Region. This was reported by the Governor of the region Volodymyr Saldo on Tuesday, November 26.
"As a result of enemy shelling of Novaya Kakhovka from 120-mm mortars, a passenger bus carrying civilians was hit. Unfortunately, the tragedy took the lives of four of our fellow countrymen," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.
The identities of the victims are being established, their families will be supported.
It is noted that the accident also injured seven people. They are now being provided with medical assistance.
The footage from the scene shows that after the impact the bus had completely knocked out the side windows and badly damaged the body. At the stop next to the transport also lie the bodies of the dead people.
The day before, Saldo said that the ambulance medical team in Golopristansky district of Kherson region was attacked by a Ukrainian drone "Baba Yaga", which chased the vehicle almost all the way to its destination. As a result of the incident, one civilian was killed.
Ukrainian militants have been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions, on a daily basis amid a special operation to protect Donbas, the start of which was announced by Russia on February 24, 2022.
