The Ministry of Agriculture says it is possible to grow bananas in Russia

Bananas can be grown in Russia, but so far it is not economically profitable. This was stated by the Minister of Agriculture of Russia Oksana Lut on Tuesday, November 26, at the forum of the Financial University.

The head of the Ministry of Agriculture said that this issue is periodically discussed in the department, reports NSN.

According to the Minister, in Kazakhstan bananas are grown in greenhouses. At the same time, Lut noted that Russia has not yet gone down this path, as bananas from Ecuador come out cheaper, RT reports.

On November 16, Ekaterina Kashukh, a gastroenterologist and expert physician at the Hemotest laboratory, told Izvestia about how useful it is to have breakfast and what foods should be included in the diet in the morning.

The specialist explained that breakfast should include protein dishes, such as eggs in any form or porridge on milk. But for some people it is too heavy food, in the morning they prefer products with fast carbohydrates - coffee and a sandwich with jam, banana.

On November 14, Jordan Hill, MD, a nutritionist from Top Nutrition, said that in order to get rid of the unpleasant feeling that accompanies bloating after eating, it is worth drinking more water, as well as eating foods rich in potassium, reports 360.ru. These include banana, oranges and strawberries. The doctor also recommended reducing the amount of salt in the diet and eating fruits and vegetables with the skin without cutting it off.
