This was stated by Pavel Feldman, candidate of political sciences, associate professor at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, in a conversation with Izvestia on November 26.

"Joe Biden's problems with the law may arise if his administration manages to make a mess before Donald Trump's inauguration. The coming two months risk becoming the most dangerous period in modern human history. The head of a nuclear power that is losing its former power before our eyes has clearly lost his capacity. Behind his back, the deep state can make any decisions without taking any responsibility for them," he said.

The interlocutor of the publication also emphasized that the outgoing US president is a fully played out figure. In his opinion, Biden, having retired, will improve his health and write memoirs. He has no political future, because there are "enough gray cardinals" in the Democratic Party, the political scientist summarized.

Feldman admitted that between Biden and Trump could have been concluded a certain agreement that the process of transferring power quietly and without conflict, because it is in the interests of both sides. At the same time, the outgoing Democrat administration, the expert believes, will do everything to leave the Trump team with a mass of unresolved problems and conflicts.

This is also why the Democratic Party is behaving provocatively towards Russia, he concluded.
