FAW will present two Bestune novelties for Russia on the same day

Chinese concern FAW will present in Russia two cars from the Bestune lineup on the same day, the presentation will take place on December 10. This is stated in the company's message, which was received by Izvestia on November 26.

At the presentation will show an updated Bestune B70 liftback and a new crossover T90, which will become the flagship of the brand's model lineup in Russia.

It is already known that the Bestune B70 will be available in three configurations and with two powertrains - a 1.5 turbo engine with 160 hp with a seven-speed "robot" and a two-liter 217-horsepower turbo engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission Aisin. The interior of the updated liftback features a new multimedia system with a 12.3-inch screen.

Bestune T90 crossover debuted in China in 2023, it is close in size to the Nissan X-Trail and Mitsubishi Outlander models. In early November, it became known that the model was certified in Russia.

November 20, it was reported that the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the joint venture FAW Toyota Motor in the Chinese city of Chengdu as part of a working visit to China. Minnikhanov familiarized himself with the production and range of the plant, which produces Toyota Avalon sedans, Prado J250 SUVs and Coaster buses.
