A suspect in the death of a girl in a pig pen has been detained near Krasnoyarsk

A suspect in the death of a 17-year-old girl in the village of Ushanka, Uzhursky district, Krasnoyarsk region, has been detained. This was reported on November 26 in the Telegram-channel of the State Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia.

The man is suspected of a crime under part. 1 article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").

According to the investigation, he wanted to kill cattle and for this purpose he broke into the farm building, where the girl was at that moment, inflicted bodily injuries on her and fled.

The investigation of the criminal case is ongoing. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

The day before, in the village of Ushanka in the pig pen was found the body of a 17-year-old girl with signs of animal bites. According to investigators, late in the evening the schoolgirl went to feed the cattle in the outbuilding near the house.

Earlier in the day, the Department of Investigative Committee for Krasnoyarsk Krai and Khakassia reported that the schoolgirl could have died because of a bull that broke out of the pen. The investigation suggested that the bulls, which were in the farm building with the girl, could have hit her on the head with its horn. According to the preliminary data of the forensic expert, the girl's death was caused by blood loss due to damage to the femoral artery.
