T-Bank told about the concept of "Dopamine Banking"

T-Bank presented an updated mobile application development strategy and a new user interaction concept based on Dopamine Banking.
According to the organization, the task of the new strategy called "Navigator in Finance" is to make the process of money management more efficient and easier for the application user. According to T-Bank's idea, the updated application should become a guide to financial management for the client (what financial products to use, how best to save and multiply, how best to spend).
Konstantin Markelov, Vice President, Product and Technology Director, noted that "the future of banking is not only about serving human needs, but also about helping people make decisions and manage their finances." "The future lies in navigator services that will free our time from routine in favor of creativity, communication and other sources of dopamine," he stressed.
As for Dopamine Banking, Markelov explained that it is essentially a new concept of customer interaction. "This is a collective image of positive emotions that a person gets when interacting with us, from our products and from solving their routine tasks together with us," he added.
According to T-Bank, a key role in the application's new development strategy is given to its own family of large language models (LLMs) - Gen-T models that can learn to solve highly specialized tasks. These models can take into account what services and products the customer uses most often, what they buy and what entertainment they like.
Artificial intelligence will be able to analyze all the data about the customer, remember the context, history of interaction with the user and consistently solve their problem. For example, AI will be able to anticipate what specific goods and services a person would benefit from purchasing now, taking into account their financial situation and financial goals for the long term.
