REN TV will show the premiere of the series "The Last Hippocratic Oath"
The premiere screening of the adventure action film "The Last Hippocratic Oath" December 1 will be held on REN TV. The main role in the story of a paramedic, who finds himself drawn into the criminal world, played Maxim Drozd. Correspondent "Izvestia" November 26 visited the set of the project.
The main character saves people according to his vocation, but his own family he can not save. He will have to fulfill not only medical, but also paternal duty.
Providing medical care is absolutely authentic: there are consultants on the set. Characters Peter Kratov and Vera will drive an ambulance and help people, but even when they find themselves drawn into a dangerous criminal showdown, they will remain true to their duty - to save lives.
"As for my character, he has a sort of background of a relationship with medicine. He has served in many hot spots. Colleagues say that he is a doctor from God with a rather complex, unstuck life," - said Drozd.
In the story, Kratov has two sons: one son - a policeman, the other got involved with the underworld. They are on opposite sides of the law. But Hippocrates - so nicknamed by colleagues Peter Kratov - made a vow that he would not abandon his children.
Director Roman Yaroslavtsev pointed out the presence of several components in the series.
"On the one hand, this is the action part, the one in which the hero gets into dangerous situations, being between two warring gangs. On the other hand, it's the hero's big dramatic line, as both his sons are in conflict with each other," he revealed.
Actress Irina Tarannik plays the protagonist's colleague, who also becomes a real support in a difficult moment of his life.
"Especially in difficult moments of life, when our main character has life throws up surprises from different sides, you need someone close by, on whom you can lean, whom you can trust," she shared.
Sons Victor and Mircea hate each other. Hippocrates' task is to reconcile them. Even in the most dangerous situations, he fundamentally refuses to use physical force, as his task - to treat wounds on the body and those in the soul.
The roles in the project of REN TV's own production also performed Maxim Belborodov, Vadim Norstein, Anatoly Kot, Alena Khmelnitskaya, Valeria Shkirando, as well as ex-soloist of Band'Eros Kirill "Batishta" Petrov.
