Rapper Noize MC appealed the fine for defamation of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

The rapper Noize MC (Ivan Alekseev, recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) has appealed against the protocol on discrediting the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation. This information was published on the website of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

The administrative punishment in the form of a fine of 50 thousand rubles was assigned for consideration on November 11, and the decision was issued to the musician on November 14. At the session in court on the part of Alekseev was a lawyer.

The reason for the fine was the rapper's publications in social networks, on which he criticized the special military operation (SVO).

Earlier, on June 18, activists of the movement "Call of the People" asked to include the rapper in the list of terrorists and extremists for performing in a T-shirt with symbols of the Ukrainian nationalist battalion "Azov" (recognized as a terrorist organization, banned in Russia).

The musician was entered in the register of foreign agents on November 18, 2022. He currently resides abroad.
