Demand for managers in Russia has almost doubled in three years

Vacancies for top managers over the past three years have become 1.8 times more compared to 2021, the press service of the hh.ru recruitment service told Izvestia.

"This year, the median offered salary for top managers reached 130 thousand rubles across the country, which is 19% higher than in 2023," - said in response to the request of the editors.

The number of vacancies for managers for the year increased by 11%, the number of resumes - by 21%, reported in the job search service Superjob.

"However, the increase in the number of resumes does not cover the market demand for executives. There is still a shortage of competent managers," they said.

Most often through Superjob this year looked for managers in retail, industry and manufacturing, construction, tourism. And with the help of service in hh.ru - in retail, information technology, business services, construction and production of non-food consumer goods.
