Air defense forces eliminated four drones over the Rostov region

In Rostov Region, air defense systems intercepted four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported on Tuesday, November 26, by acting governor Yuri Slyusar.

"Since midnight in the Rostov region air defense means have been reflecting the enemy's air attack. So far, four UAVs have been destroyed: near Novoshakhtinsk, Taganrog, Kamensk and Zernograd," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

There are no casualties or destruction on the ground, he added.

Earlier, on November 21, Yuri Slyusar said that air defense forces destroyed a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Rostov region.

Before that, on November 20, the administration of Melitopol reported the destruction of a Ukrainian UAV over the city. It is specified that because of the attack there was a short-term short circuit of electricity, on the site are working operational services.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
