In Taganrog, a mother was detained on suspicion of murdering her six-month-old son

In Taganrog, police detained a mother suspected of murder and attempted murder of her twin six-month-old children. This was reported on November 25 by the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Rostov region.

According to the agency, on November 24, the woman, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, caused bodily harm to her two sons. After that she put the children in carrier bags and left in one of the stores of the city, the material specifies.

Ambulance doctors, called by the employees of the market, stated the death of one child. The second boy is hospitalized.

Appointed forensic medical examination to establish the causes of death of one of the children.

The investigation of the criminal case on the fact of murder and attempted murder of children (paragraph "c" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; part 3 of article 30, paragraphs "a", "c" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) continues. The suspect may be taken into custody at the request of the investigation.

Earlier, on November 21, the court arrested a resident of Lyubertsy, Moscow Region, who beat his five-month-old daughter to death because of crying.
