In Moscow, firefighters of the Russian Emergencies Ministry have extinguished open burning in an industrial zone in the south. This was reported on November 25 by the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Telegram-channel.
"Spillage and dismantling of structures is being carried out," - stated in the message of the department.
It is noted that the warehouse stored paper and plastic products. Firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia did not allow the fire to spread to the neighboring room with containers with freon.
According to EMERCOM, two Ka-32 helicopters of the Moscow Aviation Center were involved in fire extinguishing. 90 tons of water were dropped on the place of the initial fire outbreak.
Earlier in the day, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reported about a fire that occurred in an industrial zone in the south of Moscow, the area of which increased from 2.5 thousand square meters to 3 thousand. The fire occurred on the second floor of a two-story warehouse.
