- The court has left in pre-trial detention the courier who took money from Dolina for fraudsters

Moscow City Court refused to release from pre-trial detention center courier Angela Tsyrulnikova, who is accused of fraud against singer Larisa Dolina. This was reported to "Izvestia" on Monday, November 25, in the press service of the court.
Tsyrulnikova, who was arrested in August, in late October extended her detention until January 27. The woman's defense filed an appeal against the decision, which the Moscow City Court rejected.
Tsyrulnikova is a defendant in the criminal case of embezzlement of 200 million rubles from Dolina. She is accused under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud").
On August 13, Dolina stated that she had fallen victim to fraudsters. Attackers persuaded her to sell an apartment in the center of Moscow, and transfer the money to a supposedly safe account. A criminal case has been opened, the real estate has been seized.
Angela Tsyrulnikova, 53, through whom Dolina transferred part of the funds to the fraudsters, was arrested at the same time. The second defendant - 43-year-old Dmitry Leontiev - was detained on October 22, and on November 21, the third defendant - 27-year-old previously convicted resident of Tatarstan - was detained.
The new owner of the apartment was 34-year-old single mother Polina Lurie. In late August, Dolina filed a lawsuit against her, and on September 3, Lurie filed a counterclaim. In November, it became known that Lurie wanted to reach an amicable settlement.
