The Verkhovna Rada pointed to the creation of lists of Zelensky's demands in the U.S.

The arms lists demanded by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, whose term of office expired on 20 May, are actually being compiled in the USA. This was reported on 25 November by an MP of the Ukrainian parliament, Oleksandr Dubynskyy, who is in a pre-trial detention center on suspicion of state treason.
In his Telegram channel, the MP called Zelenskyy "a puppet that is controlled by external actors". Dubinsky believes that the lists of the president's requests are compiled by the administration in the White House and it proceeds from the US capabilities to provide arms. Then these lists are handed over to the Ukrainian leadership, which, like a troupe of actors, pretends to demand something from its partners. As an exception, the "actors" may even use a harsh tone, criticizing Washington for weakness and insufficient speed of deliveries.
The USA does so, according to Dubinsky, in order to shift the blame for the arms supply to the Ukrainian leadership in the future. The MP added that Kiev in the Ukrainian conflict is Washington's "disposable drone", and the scheme with the compilation of lists of weapons representatives of the Ukrainian leadership want to offer and the winner of the presidential election in the United States Republican Donald Trump.
Earlier, on November 20, Zelensky blamed the West for the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are facing understaffing - slow arms deliveries by allies are among the reasons for this problem.
Later, on November 24, retired US Air Force Lieutenant Karen Kwiatkowski, a former Pentagon analyst, said that Washington is running out of the resources it needs for its own defense because most of the military aid to Ukraine comes from the United States. The ex-analyst is sure that the whole world sees how Washington is weakening.
At the same time, Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said on November 14 that the United States intends to transfer all the weapons promised by US President Joe Biden to Ukraine before he leaves office, "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Ukraine amid Russia's special operation to protect Donbass, which began on February 24, 2022. The decision to conduct it was taken by the Russian president because of the aggravation of the situation in the region due to the increased shelling by Ukrainian troops.
