Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree extending to the Rosgvardiya a one-time cash payment in the amount of 400 thousand rubles when signing a contract for participation in a special military operation (SMO). This is evidenced by the relevant document published on November 25 on the official portal of legal information.
"<...> the name shall be supplemented with the words "national guard troops of the Russian Federation"," the decree says.
It is specified that the payment applies to persons who signed a contract in the period from August 1 to December 31 of the current year.
It follows from the text that the decree came into force on Monday, November 25.
July 31, Putin signed a decree on a one-time payment of Br400 thousand to military contract servicemen. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that the decision was not related to changes in the tasks of the special operation.
November 23, Putin signed the law, which allows some members of the SWO and their spouses to write off overdue loans up to Br10 million. It is specified that the loans can be written off, for which before December 1, 2024 the court act on debt collection came into force and enforcement proceedings were initiated.
