In Sochi, a detained drug trafficker made an attempt to steal a volume of a criminal case to avoid punishment. This was reported on November 25 in the joint press service of the courts of Krasnodar region.
It is specified that the defendant in the case Genrikh Mashkov came from Kostroma. In Sochi he made an attempt to sell drugs on a large scale, as a result of which he was detained. He is accused of committing a crime under par. "g" part 4 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production, sale or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs in a large amount").
"Mashkov, turning his back to the video camera, took the volume of the criminal case and placed it under his jacket. The disappearance was discovered," the press service's Telegram channel said.
It was not possible to find out the fate of the documents, at the moment the volume has been fully restored.
On this fact, the court considered a new case under part 1 of article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Interference in the activities of the court in order to obstruct the administration of justice").
The man was sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment in a high-security colony for attempted drug trafficking, as a result of the theft of the volume of the criminal case he was added a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
Earlier, on September 26, in Odintsovo, Moscow region, police detained a transgender man with drugs (the LGBT movement is recognized as extremist in Russia). The drug dealer tried to escape from the police by car, but did not manage to do so. He was taken to the police station, where he admitted that he was on his way to make a bookmark.
