Experts have identified the capital's districts with the cheapest real estate


Analysts of "Domklik" have identified the districts of the capital with the cheapest real estate, the press service of the organization reported. The data were obtained on the basis of analysis of announcements on the site "Domklik", relevant to the middle of November 2024.
According to the data for the middle of November, the lowest cost of apartments in new buildings in New Moscow and Zelenograd. Thus, in the districts of Shcherbinka and Filimonkovsky in New Moscow the cost of a standard one-room apartment amounted to 7.7 million rubles. In Kryukovo district of Zelenograd district a one-room apartment will cost buyers 8 million rubles, in Bibirevo district (SVAO) - 8.4 million, and in Molzhaninovsky district (SAO) - 8.6 million rubles. In addition, a one-room apartment costing less than 10 million rubles can be purchased in the districts of Vnukovo (New Moscow), Kosino-Ukhtomsky (VAO), South Butovo (South-West Administrative District), Silino (Zelenograd), Severny (SVAO) and Kommunarka (New Moscow).
The most expensive districts of Moscow today are Yakimanka, Arbat and Tverskoy. An apartment of 35 square meters will cost 95, 91 and 84.3 million rubles respectively. Khamovniki (56.4 million rubles) and Dorogomilovo (36.4 million rubles) are also in the top five in terms of cost. The listed districts are located in the western part of the center of Moscow.
According to analysts "Domklik", the average price on offer in Moscow decreases for the fourth month in a row. However, the rate of decrease is still low: in October the change amounted to less than 0.5%. The current price per square meter in the market of new buildings is 397.3 thousand rubles, that is, the price of a standard one-room apartment with the area of 35 sq.m. on average in the city is 13.9 million rubles.
