Russian air defense forces shot down eight AFU ballistic missiles

Russian air defenses have shot down eight ballistic missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported by the Defense Ministry on November 25.

"Air defense means shot down eight ballistic missiles, six US-made JDAM guided aerial bombs and 45 unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type," the ministry said in a statement.

In addition, the Russian Armed Forces (AF) hit the infrastructure of military airfields, energy facilities that support the work of enterprises of Ukraine's military-industrial complex, as well as concentrations of enemy personnel and military equipment in 138 areas.

Earlier on Monday, the Defense Ministry said that the Russian military had destroyed AFU vehicles in the Kursk direction with the calculations of the Rubicon FPV drone. The ministry also showed footage of the defeat of enemy vehicles.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
