Vladivostok authorities allowed schoolchildren not to attend educational institutions during the cyclone. Absence from classes will not be considered truancy.

A storm warning has been announced in the capital of Primorye and throughout the region for November 26-27. Heavy precipitation up to 45 mm in 12 hours is forecast, in some places - more than 50 mm. Thunderstorms are possible in some areas of the region.

Snowfalls will be accompanied by ice of varying intensity, on the roads there may be heavy skidding. Wind speed at gusts is possible up to 24 m/s, on the coast and in Vladivostok gusts may reach 32 m/s.

PrimaMedia news agency with reference to the regional Ministry of Transport and Roads writes that road services of Primavtodor have been brought to a reinforced mode of work. 326 units of equipment have been prepared for cleaning of highways from snow and ice. Drivers are asked to refrain from driving on the roads without an urgent need.

Municipalities have been put on high alert. More than 1 thousand units of equipment have been deployed, including tractors, dump trucks for de-icing, combined machines for road cleaning. Reagents for road treatment have been prepared.
